A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in late 2024. Slides from a presentation by Lynn Decker and Anne Bradley at the Association of Fire Ecology’s 2012 southwest conference (Santa Fe) in the special session, "Choosing Collaboration: Sharing Risk, Sharing Rewards = Big Results for Fire People and the Landscapes they Manage."

This presentation included an introduction to the Fire Learning Network, as an example of a high-functioning collaborative model, followed by an overview of collaboration: what it is (cooperation vs. coordination vs. collaboration) and how to do it (align, mobilize. engage,establish accountability, act, learn), and some lessons learned.
