Eastern Division Maps & Spatial Data

   

Spatial data and maps are a crucial element in conservation science, and support meaningful contributions to conservation. Many of our analyses require consistent, regional-scale spatial data and associated products. On this page, you can download the data we use in our large-scale analyses. To read more about the projects for which these datasets were developed, click the links to the left.

Canadian Landforms Landform is a compound measure, which can be decomposed into the primary terrain attributes of elevation, slope, aspect, surface curvature, and upslope catchment area. This dataset is for eastern and maritime Canada. Download data 92.9mb

NE Freshwater Resilience Based on 4 physical properties (network length, # size classes, # gradient classes and # temperature classes), and 3 condition characteristics (risk of hydrologic alterations, natural cover in the floodplain, and amount of impervious surface in the watershed).
