A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in late 2024. This issue includes news from landscapes, people and projects in California, North Carolina and the Southern Blue Ridge region, as well as the national FLN and FAC Learning Network workshops and a link to an updated two-page FLN fact sheet. It also includes links to a list of Firewise suggestions for relatively simple homeowner projects, and app for capturing posters or flip-charts for later reference, and directions for exporting maps for use offline.
