FLN Networker No. 160

Issue #160 (11 June 2014) of the FLN Networker, and its attachment. This issue includes news from landscapes, people and projects in Arkansas, New Mexico, Virginia and Washington, as well as a brief note on the national FLN and FAC Learning Network workshops. It also includes links to a note on indigenous traditional ecological knowledge (TEK), newly-released MTBS burn severity data for 2012, a report on effective language for global warming / climate change communication, and an outreach video on prescribed fire. As always, listings are included for webinars, prescribed fire training exchanges, and conference and workshop opportunities.
Attached is an outreach flyer for positions on the Great Smoky WFM (which have some Rx duties).
