Description
This map tool was developed as part of the 2022 stressor and threat assessment of groundwater-dependent ecosystems in Nevada. The groundwater level trends were calculated from publicly available groundwater level data in Nevada. Analysis of groundwater level trends revealed that 39% of over 6,500 wells we analyzed across the state had significantly falling groundwater levels between 1984 and 2021.
