Strengthening Technical Assistance in Minnesota
The Nature Conservancy helped facilitate the development of a new report, which provides a roadmap for strengthening Minnesota’s technical assistance network to help farmers successfully adopt and maintain regenerative agriculture practices.
Developed through the Minnesota Agriculture Resilience Initiative (MARI), this 18-page report offers recommendations for government agencies, agricultural companies, conservation organizations, farmer groups, and technical assistance providers working to improve soil health, water quality, farm profitability, and climate resilience.
By building the capacity and coordination of trusted advisors across the state, MARI partners aim to accelerate adoption of regenerative practices that help farmers address real-world production challenges while advancing Minnesota’s climate and nutrient reduction goals.
