Improving the Environmental Permitting Process for Clean Energy Infrastructure

This document argues that achieving a clean energy and nature-positive future requires rapidly expanding renewable energy and transmission while protecting sensitive lands and supporting communities. It recommends modernizing permitting and approval processes to speed deployment of clean energy, infrastructure and ecosystem restoration projects, with the goal of delivering them at least 50% faster.
