Latest On The Conservation Gateway

A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in late 2024. This step asks you to look at each of your focal targets carefully to determine how to measure its “health” over time. And then to identify how the target is doing today and what a “healthy state” might look like. This step is the key to knowing which of your targets are most in need of immediate attention, and for measuring success over time.

Specific questions that this step answers include:

  • “How do we define ‘health’ (viability) for each of our targets?”
  • “What is the current status of each of our targets?”
  • “What is our desired status for each of our targets?”
