A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in late 2024. Working with Land-Based Business Owners to Use Fire

 

Notes from the Field are brief updates on activities from the Fire Adapted Communities Learning Network. In this issue (#4), some lessons learned in northern California are shared. These resulted from outreach meetings with landowners, including resort and timberlands, to discuss working with the Trinity Integrated Fire Management Partnership to conduct prescribed fire treatments in the county.
