A well-managed and operational Conservation Gateway is in our future! Marketing, Conservation, and Science have partnered on a plan to rebuild the Gateway into the organization’s enterprise content management system (AEM), with a planned launch of a minimal viable product in early FY26. Welcome to the Oregon Chapter's Freshwater Initiative site! Although this site is still under construction, you can learn about many of our completed and ongoing projects and partnerships.
Our work is aimed at improving the overall health of freshwater ecosystems, both in Oregon and nationwide, including projects to restore flow regimes for surface and groundwater, improve habitat for native species, and address critical water quality issues in key watersheds.
